01 · Who we are
Bespoke freeze-drying, tailored to the molecule
Our company specializes in advanced lyophilization techniques, offering bespoke freeze-drying solutions tailored to the needs of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
As a licensed partner of Panacea Bio Chem, we utilize the cutting-edge Lyoprester® technology to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision. Based in the UK, we serve as a global partner, providing innovative services for peptides, complex formulations, and research projects — from a 100-vial research batch to full production runs.

02 · The formats
Three containers, one disciplined process
Vial lyophilization
Our vial lyophilization service is ideal for peptides, small-scale projects, and research applications, ensuring precise and stable results.
Dual chamber cartridge lyophilization
Designed for proteins and complex formulations, our dual chamber cartridges offer advanced freeze-drying capabilities for optimal performance — the dose and its solvent in one device.
Lyoprester®
Experience next-generation precision freeze-drying with our Lyoprester® technology, setting new standards in the industry.

Ready for the patient, not just the lab
Cartridges we fill drop straight into delivery: the Lyoprester works with a normal syringe, or with the EZnject™ autoinjector pen — so what we freeze-dry for you is already on its way to a finished product.
03 · The honest comparison
Vial vs dual chamber cartridge
A vial plus a separate diluent ampoule has served injectables for a century — and for early R&D it still earns its place. But at the point of use, the two formats are different machines.

| Dimension | Vial + separate diluent | Dual chamber cartridge |
|---|---|---|
| Components at use | Three: dry vial, diluent ampoule, syringe | One device |
| Reconstitution | Manual transfer by hand | Single action, in place, inside the closed container |
| Dosing error risk | Draw-up dependent — the dose is measured at the bedside | Pre-filled at manufacture — no measuring, no draw-up |
| Contamination path | Open steps: vial opened, diluent transferred, needle draws | Closed from shelf to patient |
| Diluent match | Must be paired correctly by the user | The solvent travels with the product, matched at manufacture |
| Waste & preservative | Multi-dose vials need antimicrobial preservative; leftovers discarded | Single shot — no preservative, nothing left over |
| Where the vial still wins | Early R&D flexibility, smallest batches, lowest tooling cost — which is why we offer both, and move you to a cartridge when the product earns it. | |
04 · The benchmark
Why the Lyoprester leads the dual-chamber field
Every dual chamber cartridge keeps cake and solvent apart until use. The Lyoprester goes further on every axis that matters to the molecule and the patient:
- Auto-reconstitution-enabled, vacuum-sealed, argon-fillback — the cake rests under vacuum with an argon fillback for shelf life; reconstitution happens inside the closed cartridge, with no needle transfer and no open step.
- The only dual-chamber cartridge on the market with no air bubbles in the liquid — the solvent chamber is filled bubble-free, so the dose is exactly what was filled.
- Lyophilized levitating — the cake never touches the plunger. In every conventional cartridge the cake dries in contact with the plunger, and over a shelf life plungers can sip harmful chemicals into the API cake. The Lyoprester removes that contact — and the leachables — entirely.
- Versatile in the hand — the same cartridge works with a normal syringe or drops into the EZnject™ autoinjector.
- Engineered to cut excipients — Panacea's standing aim is to reduce the need for surfactants and other unnecessary additives, because the container and the process do the work instead.
- The lowest-cost dual-chamber cartridge on the market — deliberately: in a world driven by monetization and patents, Panacea aims to help first, then gather the benefits.

07 · Questions
Custom lyophilization — asked often
- What is custom lyophilization?
- Freeze-drying done to order: your molecule, your container, a cycle developed for your formulation. We freeze-dry peptides, biologics and sensitive small molecules on our own equipment — in vials, in dual chamber cartridges, and in the Lyoprester® format.
- Vial or dual chamber cartridge — which should my product use?
- Early development usually starts in vials: flexible and inexpensive at small scale. When the product needs point-of-use simplicity — no diluent vial, no draw-up, no dosing error — it moves to a dual chamber cartridge, where the solvent travels with the dose and reconstitution is a single action inside the closed container.
- What makes the Lyoprester different from other dual chamber cartridges?
- It is auto-reconstitution-enabled, vacuum-sealed and argon-fillback; the only cartridge on the market with no air bubbles in the liquid; and the only one lyophilized with the cake levitating rather than resting on the plunger — so no plunger chemicals can sip into the API cake. It works with a normal syringe or the EZnject™ autoinjector, and it is deliberately the lowest-cost dual-chamber cartridge in the field.
- What batch sizes do you take?
- From research batches of up to 100 vials through production-scale runs — every engagement is scoped to the project.
- Who is behind the service?
- The service is licensed by Panacea Bio Chem and runs on Panacea's coordinated technology stack — the Lyochrysalis™ integrated lyophilizer under S3Pulse™ control — the same technologies behind the Lyoprester cartridge itself.
